What does the £70/mo actually cover?▾
We build it, run it and look after it. The £70/month covers your larger, content-managed site running for you — hosting, the content database that powers your blog and case studies, security, backups, your contact form, tracking and support — plus up to three minor content edits a month. It is us keeping a bigger site live and working.
How does the build work?▾
We design and build your larger multi-page site — with its managed blog / case-studies section — for no upfront cost. Your first month is free too. From month 2 it is £70/month on rolling 30-day billing through Stripe — no 12-month contract, no setup fee, cancel anytime.
Who writes the blog posts and case studies?▾
The £70 keeps the site and its content system built, hosted and running. Writing the ongoing posts, case studies and location pages is the job of our SEO Care service — that's what actively fills and grows the site. You can also add content yourself.
What happens if I cancel?▾
Honest answer: your site comes down at the end of the current billing period. The site and its content database are part of the service we run — not transferable to another host. You can re-subscribe anytime and we'll bring it back. If you need a site you can self-host or hand to another team, that's our Custom Website service. See full terms at /terms/live70/.
What about email addresses?▾
Business mailboxes are billed separately — we can set up and manage Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, priced per mailbox. They're not bundled into the £70, so you only pay for the mailboxes you need.
Is this the top tier?▾
Yes — LIVE70 is the top of our managed LIVE range. If you outgrow it (e-commerce, complex custom features, or you need to self-host or hand the site to another team), the next step is a Custom Website (from £2,500+), quoted to the project.
