LIVE30 TERMS

These terms apply to the LIVE30 offer (“the Offer”) provided by SDB Digital Ltd, trading as Brambla (“we”, “us”, “Brambla”). By signing up via /lp/live30/, DM, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you accept the terms below.

1. The Offer in plain English

• Free build. We design and build a one-page website for your business at no cost to you.
• Free first month of hosting. Your first 30 days of hosting after the site goes live are free.
• £30/month from month 2. Hosting is then billed at £30 (GBP) per month, on rolling 30-day billing, via Stripe.
• No contract. No minimum term. No setup fee. Cancel anytime from the next billing cycle.

2. What's included in hosting

• Managed hosting infrastructure (Vercel)
• SSL certificate
• CDN delivery
• Daily backups
• Uptime monitoring
• Email support for hosting and uptime issues

Hosting does not include ongoing content edits, design changes, new pages, or new features. For ongoing edits and updates, see our SiteCare plans.

3. What's NOT included

The LIVE30 offer is the entry tier. The following are explicitly out of scope:

• Multi-page sites (more than one page)
• E-commerce, online booking, or payment processing
• Custom integrations (CRMs, third-party APIs, etc.)
• Blog or CMS access
• Custom design beyond the one-page brief
• Domain registration (you keep your own domain — we point it at our hosting)
• Email hosting (we don't provide @yourbusiness email accounts)

If you need any of the above, our 7 Day Website (from £1,200) or Custom Website (from £2,500) is the right product.

4. Cancellation — please read

If you change your mind: you can re-subscribe at any time. We'll bring the site back online at the same address (subject to your domain still being available) for the same £30/month — no rebuild needed.

If you want more (multi-page, CMS, custom features): our paid 7 Day Website builds are the step up — Simple (£1,200), Standard (£1,500, multi-page), or Complex (£1,800, with CMS). All three are custom in-house builds — same team, just scaled by pages and features. Like LIVE30, these sites are Brambla-hosted: paid build + ongoing SiteCare for hosting.

If you need a site you can self-host or hand to another team: that's our Custom Website service (typically £5k+). At that tier we deliver the full codebase and you can host wherever you like. This is usually the right product for larger businesses with internal tech teams or specific compliance/hosting requirements.

5. How cancellation works

• Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal link in your billing emails, by replying to any of our emails, by WhatsApp, or by emailing hello@brambla.co.uk.
• Your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't take it down mid-month.
• No refunds on partial months — you get the full 30 days you've paid for.
• After the final billing period ends, the site, hosting, SSL and infrastructure are taken down within 7 days.

6. Build process and approval

• We build a draft of your site (usually within 24 hours of sign-up) and send you a live preview URL.
• You get one round of revisions: photos, copy, colours, layout adjustments. Anything reasonable.
• You approve, we point your domain (you'll need to provide DNS access or login), and the site goes live.
• Your free first month of hosting starts the day the site goes live on your domain.
• If you don't want to go ahead after seeing the demo, that's fine — no payment, no obligation, demo URL is taken down.

7. Content and intellectual property

• You own all content you provide (text, photos, logos, brand assets).
• Brambla retains ownership of the site's code, design templates, and underlying infrastructure for the duration of the hosting subscription.
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you supply.
• We may include a discreet “Built by Brambla” credit in the site footer. This is not removable on the LIVE30 tier.

8. Payments

• All billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• The first month of hosting is genuinely free — you'll be asked for payment details at sign-up but no charge will be taken until 30 days after your site goes live.
• From month 2, £30/month is charged on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• Failed payments: we'll retry the card automatically. After 7 days of failed payments, the site will be taken offline. We'll email you before this happens.
• VAT: prices are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.

9. Acceptance, fit, and refusal

We reserve the right to decline any LIVE30 request — typically because the business needs more than a one-page site, or because the use case isn't a fit for this tier. If we decline, we'll tell you straight away and recommend the right product. We'll never take payment for a project we can't deliver well.

10. Liability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability — hosting is provided on a best-effort basis. We're not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, or other consequential losses arising from downtime, delays, or service interruption. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total hosting fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change (e.g. a price change), we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You're free to cancel before the change applies.
